Prayer Request & Praise

Matthew 18:19-20. Again I say to you, that id two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there their midst.

Leave your personal

Requests here as we are told to do in James 5:16: “Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray one for another that you may be healed.”

Prayer was so important to Jesus and to the His ministry. We continue in our study of this all-important aspect of Christian existence.
Jesus did not only pray when everybody was praying or when everyone could see Him, but He had personal prayer moments with His Father Jesus was powerful because He was prayerful.

On many occasions, Jesus withdrew from His disciples and the crowds to be alone to pray. He often went up on mountainside or to solitary or lonely places to pray. Sometimes He even went to pray very early in the morning, while it was still dark (Matthew 14:23, Mark 1:35, 6:46, Luke 5:16). This habit of Jesus teaches us important truths about prayer.

“Immediately He made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, to Bethsaida, while He sent the multitude away. And when He had sent them away, He departed to the mountain to pray.” Mark 6:45-46
